Jetstar cancelled flight put us up at this hotel. Staff are lovely. Rooms have paper thin walls, room felt filthy, old urine on toilet seat that I cleaned myself with cleaning products provided by night staff and foreign hair in the bed.
As a place to stay for a work trip (working nearby), this was fine.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, the restaurant offered good meals.
The location is suburban, a bit industrial- not to get excited about. But I was not in Melbourne for the view...
I would definitely stay here again when the need arises.

Good location close to the airport.
We maybe lucky that didn’t experience any noisey situations like another reviews but from our experience, we recommend to stay here, good quality and atmosphere with reasonable prices. Will be back for sure!
Nice tidy place. The rooms are pretty small but comfy enough. The only gripe is the noise from the pool and carpark, no sound proofing so don't expect to continue sleeping as soon as people start leaving in the morning.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and they do a really good breakfast which makes getting up early not so bad.

Travelling on my own so it was lovely to be greeted by such friendly people. The reception, dining staff, and transfer drivers made everything easy and couldn't do enough to help. Especially appreciated the pick up from the train station at Broadmeadows to the hotel. The room was clean with pristine white linen on the bed. A wake up call for an early flight reduced worry of missing an early flight ensuring a good sleep. A very pleasant stay.
Close to the airport and provides free shuttle to the airport. The hotel is a bit old, but the bed and bathroom are pretty good. The restaurant is closed on weekends, so breakfast is not provided for weekend stays. The service staff is very enthusiastic
I went to this hotel with my family and the service was great as the staff were very friendly. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. The hotel also had a pool and a nice garden and was only a few minutes drive away from the hotel and they had a free shuttle to the airport. However, the hotel is over half an hour away from the Melbourne cbd and is located near a very busy road. The hotel also doesn’t have the thickest walls so you can hear the neighbours a lot.
